Buyer

The BSS shop allows buyers to manage their purchases seamlessly:

1. Use the shop like any other webshop to add, remove, or edit product quantities.
2. Access the requests dashboard by clicking the “Request” button in the website’s top menu. This action will navigate you to your account page where you can view the requests.
3. If you receive an email containing a request token from a user, you can copy this token and paste it into the search bar found on your request dashboard. Additionally, this token is visible in the “Processing” section of your dashboard.
4. When you open a processing request, you can add all listed products to the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Shopping Cart” button. Although you cannot directly edit the request list, you can adjust the product selection in your shopping cart. Submitting the request list changes its status to “Processing,” and it cannot be submitted again.
5. You have the option to decline a request list, which will mark its status as “Declined” in your request dashboard. The list will still be accessible as a reference, but you cannot reorder it.
6. After submitting a request, both the buyer and the requester receive an email confirmation containing the request details for easy reference.
7. The requester has the option to cancel or edit their request before it’s processed by the buyer.
8. Buyers can add notes to processing requests, facilitating communication between buyers and requesters.
9. If a request is declined, the requester is notified via email, providing transparency and clarity.
10. The dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of request statuses, ensuring efficient management of requests.
